Dutch Championships Marathon
The NN Marathon Rotterdam is the fastest and also the most beautiful marathon in the Netherlands. Run together with tens of thousands of runners from the Netherlands and abroad on the same course as the absolute world top.
During the 45th edition of the NN Marathon Rotterdam, the Dutch Marathon Championships will also take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026. All participants in the Dutch Championship will start in a fast start wave.
Register
You can participate in the Dutch Marathon Championships if you have Dutch nationality and hold a competition license from the Athletics Union. You must also have the Bronze and Silver E-learning certificates from the anti-doping authority.

Course NN Marathon Rotterdam
The NN Marathon Rotterdam is a real city marathon. Immediately after the start you run over the Erasmus Bridge towards the south of Rotterdam. Along the course you will pass highlights such as Feijenoord Stadium and Ahoy before running over the Erasmus Bridge again. In the last kilometers you run a loop around the Kralingse Plas and pass Rotterdam icons such as the Cube Houses and the Markthal. Eventually you finish like a hero on the Coolsingel, where spectators will give you the final push and you will be rewarded with lots of cheering, clapping and a medal. A memory for life.

You can choose your size when registering. If you are already registered, you can change the size via your personal dashboard until March 8. The link to your personal dashboard can be found in the confirmation email you received when you registered.
