The perfect warm-up during the marathon weekend is the City Run. With a distance of 4.2 km, this is a running event that is suitable for young and old. Everyone from 12 years old can participate. By participating, you too will experience the unique atmosphere during the weekend of the NN Marathon Rotterdam by finishing in the center of Rotterdam.
Run against cancer
Get your race entry through the NN Marathon Rotterdam and create a fundraising page with the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF). Raise €500 and you’ll receive a Run against cancer shirt. With tips and inspiring examples from the KWF, you’ll reach your target in no time. Every euro counts!

Course City Run
The City Run Rotterdam starts on the Coolsingel, near the WTC. From here, the course heads to Leuvehaven, towards the Erasmus Bridge, and returns to the bustling city center via the Maritime District. The finish line is in the city center, at the same location where the marathon runners will finish the next day. A real marathon experience guaranteed!

A limited edition Asics running shirt will be designed for the 1/4 Marathon and the City Run. You could order this for €30 when you registered.
During your registration you can choose your prefered size. If you have already registered, you can adjust the size via your personal dashboard until March 1st. You will find the link to your personal dashboard in the confirmation email you received upon registration.
